ADDA gems is a jewelry brand originally from Israel. For 15 years we have been creating unique silver handcrafted jewelry with natural stones. We have stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Tyumen, Tel Aviv, Prague and Berlin. We love our customers and want to create a pleasant atmosphere and provide the best service for them in our stores. Right now we are looking for a Store Manager for our flagship ADDA gems in Tel Aviv, which is located in the very center of the city, 211 Dizengoff St.
We offer:
- Schedule 5/2, Sun-Thu, from 10:00 to 19:00;
- Salary 10,000 shekels + % from the sales for completing the plan + bonus;

What do we expect from you:
- Perfect knowledge of English, Hebrew and Russian;
- Experience in managing a store and a team;
- Effective sales experience;
- Taking care of customers, employees and space;
- To be a big fan of jewelry and beauty sphere;
- The desire to be a part of an international team;
- Don't be afraid of paperwork and bureaucracy (you’ll have to call to IRIA and other authorities).
Your future responsibilities:
- Organization of the effective store work (all daily processes);
- Working with a team: recruitment, training, adaptation, motivation;
- Providing the implementation of corporate standards;
- Providing the fulfillment of the store's sales plan;
- Accounting and analysis of the store's performance indicators;
- Working with Verifone and Notion programs;
- Control over the maintenance of Google tables by sellers;
- Providing the safety of goods and materials (recalculation of goods and inventory);
- Providing cash flow control;
- Accounting of goods (delivery acceptance, organization of movements, control of write-offs, refunds and sales);
- Implementation of merchandising standards, maintaining the visual image of the store;
- Participation in the organization of shootings, interaction with bloggers and conducting marketing events;
- Interaction with all departments of the company;
- Monthly work with an accountant, collecting and sending documents and receipts;
- Performing administrative and economic tasks and solving operational issues.
The probation period is 3 months.
