ADDA jewelry and other products are non-returnable.
You can exchange an item that does not fit or receive a gift certificate for the same amount within 14 days from the date of purchase/receipt of the order by mail!
We provide a 3-month warranty for all jewelry.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We ship worldwide by Israeli post. The cost is 20 ILS. Through Israel it usually takes 3-10 days. To other countries, the delivery may take 10-45 days (depends on the mail service and may be longer).  Paid orders are generated and dispatched within a week. 

 

How do I return an item?

ADDA jewelry and other products are non-returnable. You can exchange an item that does not fit or receive a gift certificate for the same amount within 14 days from the date of purchase/receipt of the order by mail! We provide a 3-month warranty for all jewelry.

How do I track my order?

 

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number to track your parcel. If the parcel is returned back through your fault (they did not pick it up at the post office - and it was sent back, unclaimed), the order is considered canceled, and in order to still receive it, you need to pay for the delivery by mail a second time. We are not responsible for shipments lost by post.
