What is the investment
payback period?
The payback period really depends on
a number of factors, but based on our
experience, the payback period ranges
between 12 to 18 months.
Is the right to open a shop
in certain city exclusive?
You get exclusive rights for your city
for the first year of the agreement.
Based on the performance of the shop
exclusivity may be extended for
a second year.
How much money do
I need to open an ADDA shop?
The set up costs vary from market to market, but we estimate the range to be $70 to $100k. However we will give you the tools to asses the amount required.
What is the royalties structure?
During the first 12 months the royalty
fee is 3%. Starting month 13 it’s 5%.
How long does it take
to open a shop?
It usually takes 6 to 12 weeks to open
a shop - but our fastest set up so far was 5 weeks. Don’t worry we will teach you how to achieve this too).
What is the process of selecting
the jewellery for my shop?
We will work together on selecting
the right sets of jewellery for your
shop based on market needs and
customer feedback.
What kind of marketing support should
I expect from the head office?
We share the goal that your shop is a success.
You will have full marketing support from the main office and all our social media channels.
What kind of operational support should I expect from the head office?
You will have a personal operation manager
that will be there to help you on a daily basis.
In addition you will have regular one-on-one sessions with our team (general manager, CMO, online sales manager) and mentoring from the owner of the brand.
What is the online - offline
revenue ratio for ADDA sales?
The revenue ratio for our existing
business is 22% online and 78% offline
